HOW TO MEASURE
To make sure to get the right fit , measurement is encouraged.
- CHEST : Take a soft tape measure and wrap it under your armpits at the widest part of your chest. The tape measure should be snug around your chest and shoulder blades, but not so tight that it compresses your chest. The number in inches is your chest size.
- WAIST: To measure your waist, you should measure your natural waistline. Place the measuring tape below your rib cage and above your belly button at the smallest part of your waist. Be sure to stand up straight and relax your stomach so that you get a true measurement.
- HIP: Use a tape measure to check the distance around the smallest part of your waist, just above your belly button. This is your waist circumference. Then measure the distance around the largest part of your hips — the widest part of your buttocks. This is your hip circumference.
