INTERNATIONAL | 10 - 25 business Shipping:
All (international) shipping charges, do NOT include customs, duty and taxes. We can’t hold responsibility for that abs the recipient is responsible for all customs clearing and other fee’s required to ship internationally.
Lost/Stole package:
We are NOT responsible for orders once they have left our warehouse.
If you have received your tracking number then the order has left our building.
If you have not received your order or it does not make it to its destination or is late, the customer is responsible for contacting the courier and filing a claims.
You order has not arrived
If you have NOT received your order within 35 business days, contact us and we will refund you for the full amount.
