30 Day Policy:
You can return any product in new condition within the original packaging up to 30 days from the date your order is delivered to you.
You will need to cover shipping charges and will be refunded via the order payment method.
Your product doesn’t fit? No worries
We will offer you the correct size with a discount of 50% and you can keep the original product ordered. No need to ship back and waiting for the exchange process.

If you would like to ship back anyway, the correct address will be provided to you so you can ship it back. Please note that we will not cover the return shipping fee.
Received the wrong item?
If you have received the wrong item, please contact infoslimflex@gmail.com with your name, order number and an image of the wrong item and we will ship the correct one as soon as possible.
Refunds
If (after 30 days) an item does not arrive or does not match the description and your payment is legible, you will be reimbursed the full cost of eligible purchase paid including shipping costa.
*please note that refunds will take 3-5 business days to show in your bank statements.
